Installation and Configuration

There is NO CHARGE for support to initially install and configure any of the products listed on this site.  Those software products that have subscription licenses, enables you to receive all improvements, enhancement and "bug fixes" during the life of your subscription WITHOUT ADDITIONAL CHARGE.

Many of our products include help files and these should be consulted before calling our support line at (403) 297-9797.  We can also answer questions raised in an email and we offer support forums for the software products developed by Clark-Tech Inc.  Often, answers to your questions can be found there.

When sending us a support question via email or our forum, please be sure to include the following information:
bulletOperating system being used (Windows 95, 98, NT, etc.)
bulletProduct and version being used (smbScheduler- Version 3.21, etc.)

General Post-Install Support

If you require on-site support for more involved installation, configuration issues or training, our support service rates are based on the hourly rate of the technician performing the service. The current rate for on-demand technical or general telephone support is $100/hr with a minimum of 1 hr for on-site service and 1/4 hr for telephone and/or remote support provided via our remote support tool - ctSupport.


 
Forums
  SMBProducts.com has a support forum where new product announcements, and general support questions can raised.  Check here for your answers.
 
Remote Support
  Using our remote support tool ctSupport, we can assist you in installing or configuring the software products.

Using ctSupport, we can "see" your work station while you describe your support issue.  This can often be the key to a quick resolution of your support request.
