| Frequently Asked Questions: How much do you charge for your support ? Many of our products include help files and these should be consulted before calling our support line. In addition, please check out the forums for the software products developed by Clark-Tech Inc. Often, answers to your questions can be found in the forums. If you require on-site support for more involved installation or configuration issues or for staff training, our support service rates are based on the hourly rate of the technician performing the service. The current rate for on-demand technical support is $100/hr with a minimum of 1 hr for on-site service and 1/4 hr for remote support provided via ctSupport and/or for general telephone support.
Where can I find a reference list of your existing clients ? Why doesn't ... ? Software applications are designed and written by developers to improve the effectiveness of a business in meeting the needs of some particular business function. Often the requirements of a particular application did not anticipate requirements beyond the initial needs identified by the developer. If you identify a feature that is absent in of one of our products we would like to hear from you. Often, your ideas can be incorporated into the feature-set of the application in a future release. With your help, we can improve all of our products and perhaps deliver that feature that will make your business more efficient and effective. Occasionally, you may not understand the full functionality of our software products. In these cases, our documentation has failed to explain the features and functions adequately. If you call with such a question, we will do our best to explain how to use the program to accomplish what you need.
