Description : smbScheduler is a very visual, multi-resource scheduling system providing a high degree of flexibility in managing resource allocation and activities in an active business environment. It is designed to be installed on a shared network drive and accessed from any work station in a small business network. Changes in any resource allocation and/or status is immediately reflected in the screens of all users who are viewing the schedule. It has been used to manage service teams, field crews, vehicle/crew assignments, service-bays, staff holiday schedules and salesmen appointments. Specifications :
Pricing : You do not purchase smbScheduler - it is licensed to your business on a subscription basis and you are entitled to receive all updates, improvements and enhancements during the term of your subscription. License pricing is based on the on-demand model - You pay only for the number of resources you wish to manage and for the length of time you need to manage them. The current pricing is based on a rate of $5/resource/month. Licenses are provided in increments of 5 resources and for durations of calendar quarters. The table below provides pricing for a variety of example resource/duration combinations.
This flexible pricing structure enables you to use smbScheduler for a new project and only for the duration of that project. If you need to manage fewer resources in the future, then your licence fees will decrease accordingly. If your business is growing and you need to manage more resources, then simply increase your subscription to the level you need. If you no longer have a requirement for the functionality of smbScheduler, then do not renew your licence. Use only what you need, when you need to use it and pay for only what you use!
